the property during construction. The materials and the structure

The typical cost of a Legacy medium to large custom home: $110 - $140/sq
ft. Cost includes foundation, house, fixtures, lighting,
cabinetry, carpets, tile, wood flooring — everything! And, we guarantee the final cost...up front...in writing! |
Estimated — Typically
estimated at $150 to $200/sq ft, depending on their costs and overhead
rates, design changes they incorporated, and the fixtures, flooring,
cabinetry, etc. that you select. You won't know the finished cost
until you receive their final bill. |
