As custom home builders every Legacy home is a custom design. We have never built the same house twice and, probably, never will.

Personal preferences and lifestyles vary with every home buyer. We will send you a CD, free of charge, with over 300 floor plans of homes we have built in the past. The CD will help you narrow your choice of general design features and it will give you ideas for more specific items you may want to include.

Once we get your general design preferences, we sit down with you to create your design, complete with your customizations, right in front of you. In the end, we produce 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations that are precise representations of your home.

We can also visit your building site, before our design session, to incorporate any considerations for topography and the surrounding environment.
