Our modular units are over-built so they can be transported to the site and lifted by a crane to place them on a foundation. Starting with 2 x 6 exterior walls, we make sure your home is tight. We glue and screw our drywall. We caulk electrical boxes and then glue and nail the plywood sheathing. We even caulk the seams in the sheathing.
