Legacy Custom Homes offers FREE consultation to help you create your home design, complete with your customizations. There is no charge until after we give you a fixed price for your home!

To start creating your custom Legacy home:

1. Review our web site to learn about our homes.
2. Contact us by phone — 866-327-4798 or contact us by email.
3. We'll send you a FREE CD with product catalogues, videos, and over 300 floor plans of home we have built previously.
4. Review the plans for ideas and narrow your choices for overall design and features.
5. Meet with us, at your home, for a FREE consultation/ $300 design written estimate.
6. We will design your home in front of you, using our CAD software to create 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations.
7. Once we have completed your design, we'll have a price for you in a couple of days.
8. After you approve the design and agree to the price, we require a minimal plan drawing deposit to generate final floor plans and elevations and reserve a spot in the Epoch production line.
